Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation seeks a professional to design and build AI models and data architectures, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions and improve processes through experimentation and governance.

The role focuses on privacy control execution, PIA management, and cross-functional collaboration with Compliance, Legal, and Risk to ensure privacy obligations are met. Regular full-time position in Charlotte, NC with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, DS, AI, SE or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in AI and data.
Understanding of AI models, data architectures and analytics methodologies.

Responsibilities

Privacy Control Execution & Automation: support execution of privacy controls and define new as needed.
Automate and streamline Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) processes for various data assets.
Collaborate with senior operations and strategy to develop scalable privacy solutions.
PIA Management: facilitate end-to-end engagements and gather data asset information for compliance.
Support documentation, workflow routing and follow-up for PIA completion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Compliance, Legal, Risk to apply privacy standards.
Engage with application, model and reporting asset owners to drive remediation actions.
Support communication, coordination, and education on privacy obligations.
