• Privacy Control Execution & Automation: support the execution of privacy controls and define new as needed.
• Privacy Impact Assessment Management: facilitate end-to-end PIA engagements and gather data asset information.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and governance partners to apply privacy standards.
• Engage with owners of applications, models, and reporting assets to collect information and drive remediation actions.
• Support communication, coordination, and education on privacy obligations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

Privacy Control Execution & Automation

• Support the execution of existing privacy engineering controls and define new as needed.
• Assist in the automation and streamlining of Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) processes for various data assets.
• Partner with senior business operations and strategy consultant to develop scalable solutions that improve control efficiency, tracking, and reporting.

Privacy Impact Assessment Management

• Facilitate end-to-end PIA engagements with multiple business units across the company.
• Gather, analyze, and validate data asset information needed for compliance reviews.
• Support documentation, workflow routing, and follow-up activities for PIA completion.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and other governance partners to interpret requirements and ensure consistent application of privacy standards.
• Engage with business and technical owners of applications, models, and reporting assets to collect information and drive necessary remediation actions.
• Support communication, coordination, and education efforts related to privacy obligations.

3. Familiarity with operational technology tools and systems.
4. Previous experience in a technology-driven business environment.
