Fujitsu Canada is hiring an Intermediate Developer to lead AI-assisted automated testing within our Microsoft 365 and Copilot ecosystem in Ottawa. You will design and build an AI-enabled testing framework, drive performance and regression testing, and mentor others to ensure high-quality, scalable software solutions.

The role requires 5+ years of software development and hands-on automation experience, with on-site hybrid work and eligibility for Canadian government security clearance.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional experience as a software developer.
• Experience designing and building automated testing frameworks, not just test cases.
• Strong programming skills in at least one language (Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript).
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or pytest).
• Proven experience with performance/load testing tools (JMeter, k6, LoadRunner, or Gatling).
• Experience designing and maintaining regression testing suites for complex applications.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git, Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 Ecosystem.

Aufgaben

• Architect, build, and maintain a scalable AI-assisted automated testing framework from the ground up.
• Lead performance, load, and stress testing and analyze results to identify bottlenecks.
• Develop comprehensive regression testing suites to protect quality across releases.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to generate and optimize test cases and data.
• Embed automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and promote continuous testing practices.
• Validate AI-enabled features such as intelligent search, recommendations, and automation.
• Define test strategy, coverage standards, and quality metrics, reporting to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior developers and testers and review automation code for quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, governance, and security.
