About the Role

We are seeking a Product Verification Test Developer to validate system‑level features and functionality from the customer’s perspective.

  • Test both core product capabilities and AI‑orchestrated automation
  • Ensure accuracy, reliability, and customer‑level quality
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Development, Cloud Services, DevOps, and other teams to deliver robust and innovative solutions customers can trust

Responsibilities
  • Build and leverage AI tools to accelerate your impact
  • Operate as a lead on assigned features and coordinate across teams to ensure requirements are met
  • Translate business use cases into test strategies and automated tests
  • Design, develop, and automate tests that validate both traditional system features and AI‑orchestrated functionality
  • Lead and coordinate evaluation activities, including execution, analysis, and reporting
  • Report and manage defects through the full defect lifecycle, ensuring effective communication across teams
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to analyze results and provide feedback
  • Partner with field teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded
  • Support Cloud Services in evaluating deployments and new hardware configurations
  • Work with DevOps to leverage and improve tools, frameworks, and pipelines
  • Stay current with technology trends and champion opportunities to accelerate R&D
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
  • 8+ years developing/testing complex enterprise applications
  • Programming experience (Java, C#, scripting with Groovy, Python or Powershell)
  • Hands‑on experience with end‑to‑end automation tools (e.g., TestCafe, Playwright)
  • Experience with AI to concretely increase efficiency
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Ability to work in UNIX environments
  • Familiarity with logging/monitoring tools (e.g., DataDog, ELK)
  • Solid understanding of web, application server, and database tiers
  • Agile development experience
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and related tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Collaborative team player with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to manage workloads in a fast‑paced environment
  • Ability to find opportunities to accelerate the SDLC through innovative application of AI or other tooling while upholding architecture consistency, secure design, and code‑quality standards
