Cohere is seeking a Public Sector Delivery Analyst to help run sovereign AI deployments for the Government of Canada. You will collaborate with EPMs, Technical Leads, and senior leadership to keep large multi‑stakeholder programs organized, documented, and moving in a high‑security environment.

This hands‑on role requires delivering complex programs end‑to‑end, with client sessions, clear reporting, and audit‑ready artefacts.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in technology or management consulting, professional services, or an in‑house delivery team.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise or government programs.
• Ability to lead client sessions and manage stakeholders.
• Proficient in creating and maintaining project plans, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Eligibility for Government of Canada security clearance.
• Based in the Ottawa area.
• French language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery to closure with EPMs and Technical Leads.
• Prepare client sessions, capture outcomes, and lead working sessions.
• Manage cadence: agendas, minutes, and follow‑ups with clear next steps.
• Maintain artefacts: plans, RAID logs, decision records, and traceability docs.
• Keep a single source of truth for program documentation.
