Fujitsu Canada in Ottawa/Gatineau seeks an Intermediate Developer to lead AI-assisted automated testing within our Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will design and build an AI-enabled testing framework and drive performance and regression testing to ensure reliability and security.

This role targets an experienced developer who can set technical direction, mentor others, and improve quality across complex applications in a hybrid work model.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Designed and built automated testing frameworks, not just test cases.
• Proficient in at least one language (Python/Java/C#/JavaScript).
• Hands-on with test automation frameworks and performance testing tools.
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD and Git/Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and strong communication.

Aufgaben

• Architect, build, and maintain a scalable AI-assisted automated testing framework.
• Lead performance, load, and stress testing; identify bottlenecks.
• Develop regression testing suites for frequent releases.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to generate and optimize tests/data.
• Embed automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and shift-left practices.
• Mentor junior developers and testers; review automation code.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure governance and security.
