Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking a Strategic Technical Account Manager to own a portfolio of Tier 1 hotel-tech customers, driving AI-based adoption and executive relationships. You’ll conduct business reviews, manage renewals, and identify expansion opportunities across a high-touch portfolio.

You will collaborate with Product, Support, Implementation, and Sales to ensure customer success and measurable ROI across Lighthouse’s AI-driven product suite.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in strategic account management or enterprise customer success in SaaS.
• AI-first proficiency: daily use of Claude, Gemini, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of high-value Tier 1 accounts (>$50K ARR).
• Lead development of strategic account plans with AI adoption roadmaps.
• Conduct business reviews and drive renewals and expansions.
• Maintain executive relationships and deliver ROI demonstrations.
