Job summary

Remitly in Seattle is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead the end-to-end procurement of marketing, media, consulting, and contingent labor. You will run competitive sourcing events, negotiate master agreements and SOWs, and partner with Legal, Finance, and Marketing to ensure commercially sound commitments.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Global head of Procurement, with an annual base salary range of $92,000 to $115,000 and a broad benefits program.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in strategic procurement or category management with marketing/professional services spend.
• Experience leading competitive sourcing events and negotiating master agreements, SOWs, and renewals to closure, with Legal on terms.
• Fluency in agency and services commercial models (retainer, project, performance fees, rate cards, media commissions, pass-through costs).
• Ability to build cost models and expose value using spend data and should-cost/total-cost-of-ownership analyses.
• Experience applying AI to procurement to drive impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Marketing and Professional Services sourcing portfolio with savings targets.
• Build and drive adoption of the sourcing playbook for these categories.
• Partner with Marketing, Legal, and Finance to shape demand and ensure solid commercial terms.
