Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of hands-on experience in software development, solutions engineering, customer-facing technical consulting, or technical ops.
• Strong Python or Node.js/TypeScript for data processing scripts, background jobs, and API connectors.
• Experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON/XML parsing, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, API keys).
• Familiarity with SQL, cloud services, and scheduled/event-driven jobs.
• AI-first mindset and ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent client discovery, architecture presentation, and clear communication.
• Prefer shipping lightweight scripts over complex microservices.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Technical Delivery: Partner with strategic clients to map data workflows and build high-impact solutions.
• Customer-Facing Translation: Serve as the primary technical consultant for accounts, translating architecture for stakeholders.
• AI-First Execution: Prototype and deploy scripts, API connectors, and automated jobs using LLMs and tools.
• Reliability & Maintainability: Ensure scripts and integrations are documented and production-ready.
• Feedback Loop: Collaborate with Product & Engineering to turn requests into scalable features.
