Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Social Media Manager (US) to lead AI-powered content creation and creator activation across major US brands. You will own content strategy for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, building scalable systems for sourcing creators and driving performance through AI workflows.

Based in the United States with strong familiarity with US creator culture, you will collaborate with Brand Marketing, Creative, and Growth teams to accelerate output and improve campaign results through

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media channels for consumer brands.
• Experience developing creator partnerships or influencer programs.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and YouTube ecosystems.
• Experience supporting UGC production for paid media is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with AI-supported workflows or creator sourcing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• AI-Native Content Creation, Publishing & Community Engagement: Create and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube using AI-assisted workflows; develop high-velocity content systems.
• Creator Sourcing, Outreach & Activation Systems: Build automated pipelines for sourcing and evaluating creators; manage collaborations with test-and-learn approach.
• UGC Pipeline for Paid Media: Develop scalable pipeline of UGC assets; translate insights into prompts and content directions; collaborate with Brand, Creative, Growth teams.
• AI Workflow Development & Tooling: Leverage AI tools to automate workflows; build processes for content generation, outreach, and performance tracking.
• Trend Identification & Rapid Experimentation: Monitor platforms for trends and translate insights into content and experiments; prioritize speed and iteration.
• Partnerships & Brand Visibility in the US: Identify and execute partnerships across creators, podcasts, newsletters; support launches and activations.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track engagement and conversions; use insights to refine content formats and creator selection.
