Job description

About the Role

As a Social Media Manager (US), you will be responsible for building and operating an AI-powered creator and social media engine across some of our top brands in the US market, using social platforms and creator‑led content as a primary distribution channel for brand storytelling and product discovery.

You will directly execute social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, leveraging modern AI tools to create, test, and scale content at high velocity. This includes hands‑on ownership of content creation, publishing, and community interaction, supported by AI‑driven workflows.

In parallel, you will design and operate scalable systems for creator sourcing, outreach, and activation—using automation and AI to build a high‑performing creator ecosystem without reliance on traditional agency models.

This role combines content creation, creator collaboration, and systems-building, ensuring our brands maintain a strong and consistent presence across social platforms while supporting performance marketing initiatives.

You will work closely with Brand Marketing, Creative, and Growth teams to translate positioning into creator‑led storytelling adapted to US audiences, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate output and improve performance.

This is an opportunity to define how our brands grow through AI‑native content and creator distribution in one of our most strategic markets.

You will be part of the Marketing team, working cross‑functionally to drive brand awareness and engagement through high‑velocity content production and creator‑driven distribution.

About the Team

The Marketing team scales our brands efficiently by combining creative execution with data‑driven experimentation, managing all marketing channels to drive brand growth.

As part of this team, the Social Media Manager will strengthen our presence in the US by building scalable, AI‑powered systems for content creation and creator activation, aligned with brand strategy and growth priorities.

What you will do:

AI‑Native Content Creation, Publishing & Community Engagement:

  • Create and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube using AI‑assisted workflows. Develop and operate high‑velocity content systems leveraging tools such as LLMs, video generation, and editing platforms.
  • Manage publishing cadence and continuously test content variations to improve performance.
  • Monitor and engage with communities through comments, DMs, and creator interaction.
  • Identify emerging platform trends and rapidly translate them into testable content formats.
  • Ensure consistency between organic storytelling and campaign narratives.

Creator Sourcing, Outreach & Activation Systems

  • Build and operate automated pipelines for sourcing, evaluating, and prioritizing creators.
  • Leverage AI tools to personalize outreach and improve response and conversion rates.
  • Directly manage creator collaborations and activations with a test‑and‑learn approach.
  • Continuously identify high‑potential creators across relevant categories.
  • Develop repeatable systems to scale creator partnerships efficiently.

UGC Pipeline for Paid Media

  • Develop and maintain a scalable pipeline of UGC assets to support paid media channels.
  • Translate performance insights into creator prompts, scripts, and content directions.
  • Generate high volumes of ad‑ready creative through structured creator workflows.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Creative, and Growth teams to increase testing velocity.
  • Continuously refine content formats based on campaign performance.

AI Workflow Development & Tooling

  • Leverage AI tools and internal systems to automate key workflows across content and creator operations.
  • Build and improve processes for content generation, creator outreach, and performance tracking.
  • Integrate tools such as Dify, automation platforms, and APIs to increase efficiency and output.
  • Continuously optimize workflows to reduce manual effort and increase scalability.

Trend Identification & Rapid Experimentation

  • Monitor social platforms to identify emerging trends, formats, and cultural moments.
  • Quickly translate insights into content, creator activations, and experiments.
  • Operate with a rapid test‑and‑learn mindset, prioritizing speed and iteration over long planning cycles.

Partnerships & Brand Visibility in the US

  • Identify and execute partnership opportunities across creators, podcasts, newsletters, and communities.
  • Support brand presence during launches, activations, and key moments through scrappy, high‑impact initiatives.
  • Act as a connector between US market trends and broader brand strategy.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track engagement, reach, and conversion impact across content and creator initiatives.
  • Use performance insights to refine content formats, creator selection, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with Growth and Brand teams to identify and scale high‑performing opportunities.

Who you are:

  • Based in the United States with strong familiarity with US creator culture and platform trends.
  • Experience managing social media channels for consumer brands.
  • Experience developing creator partnerships or influencer programs.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and YouTube ecosystems.
  • Experience supporting UGC production for paid media is highly preferred.
  • Background in consumer brands, wellness, lifestyle, beauty, or CPG is a plus.
  • Experience working with agencies or creator networks is preferred.
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally with creative, brand, and performance teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify opportunities proactively.
  • Experience working with AI‑supported workflows or creator sourcing tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Selection process:

  • Step 2: Case Study Assessment
    • A practical, take‑home exercise designed to give you an opportunity to showcase your strategy, technical capabilities, and problem‑solving skills in a real‑world scenario.
  • Step 3: Deep Dive & Case Review

  • Step 4: Final Leadership Interview
    • A final conversation with members of our leadership team to align on high‑level strategy, business impact, and long‑term vision.
