Socket.dev is seeking a strategic, creative leader to build and scale a top-tier content function for the CEO's personal platforms across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels. You will set the vision, standards, and long-term roadmap for voice, quality, and engagement.

The role demands hands-on production, team development, and close collaboration with executives to safeguard authentic messaging while driving growth. A high-growth health/wellness focus is central to the work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in content creation, social media strategy, or digital marketing.
• Experience leading a team or managing direct reports in health/wellness or influencer spaces.
• Strong command of short-form and long-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end content strategy and execution for the CEO's personal platforms across multiple channels.
• Build and mentor a content team; manage hiring, onboarding, and performance.
• Produce high-quality video content and align with brand voice and health messaging.
• Define KPIs, monitor analytics, and drive data-informed improvements.
