Skye Link Media is seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to own content creation and distribution across our brand, founder channels, and client accounts. You’ll shape the strategy, then execute it by setting up channels, creating posts, planning releases, and measuring performance with data-driven insights.

This hands-on role requires strategic thinking, system-building, and timeliness. You will work with our founder and a small, fast-moving team, leveraging AI to publish at scale.

Qualificações

• 2+ years running social for a brand, agency or creator.
• Able to explain strategy and execute it.
• Strong on YouTube: search, packaging, retention and backend.
• Experience building channels from zero or turning around existing accounts.
• Experience with AI tools in daily work (Claude, ChatGPT, VEED, CapCut, Runway).
• Organized and process-minded; builds and follows checklists.

Responsabilidades

• Shape social and distribution strategy across brand and client accounts.
• Build release calendars and launch plans for audiences and CTAs.
• Track performance and report results in real numbers; translate to action.
