24 Seven Talent is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead organic search strategy across a diverse client portfolio. This hands-on role focuses on traditional SEO and AI-driven search to improve visibility in AI-generated experiences.

You will diagnose performance changes, test hypotheses, and translate data into actionable recommendations, collaborating with content, creative, paid media, and account teams to drive impact.

Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on SEO experience (agency preferred).
• Deep knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy.
• Interest in GEO and AI-driven search.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end organic search strategy across technical SEO, on-page optimization, content, and authority building.
• Develop GEO strategies to improve visibility in AI-generated search experiences.
• Manage technical SEO priorities, including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and site health.
• Shape keyword, topic, and content strategies based on search intent and business goals.
• Build authority through digital PR, link strategy, and trusted-source signals.
• Measure and report on organic traffic, rankings, AI visibility and citations, conversions, and pipeline impact.
• Monitor algorithm updates and search-industry changes, adapting strategy proactively.
• Partner with content, creative, paid media, and account teams to deliver integrated marketing programs.
