Job summary

Hypernative is seeking a hands-on RevOps GTM Systems Engineer to own the day-to-day systems for the US Sales organization. You will manage the GTM tech stack, ensure clean data, and drive AI-forward automation across reporting and workflows.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS company, deep Salesforce expertise, and a track record of building automations across GTM tools. US-based with availability for US hours and global calls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations or GTM systems at a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong Salesforce fluency (power-user level; SOQL a strong plus).
• Demonstrated experience building automations/AI-assisted workflows, not just using out-of-the-box tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded ops partner to Sales leadership and Account Executives, handling day-to-day requests.
• Support pipeline reviews and forecast cadences with accurate reporting.
• Triage and resolve rep-facing ops issues to remove friction from selling.
• Own data hygiene commitments and participate in weekly forecast calls.
• Own GTM tech stack including administration, integrations, and roadmap.
