Tulip Interfaces is hiring for a hands-on engineering role situated in Somerville, MA. The engineer will build AI-native tools and automations, partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations, and ensure reliability across the GTM stack.

You will ship production-grade AI features, integrate LLMs, and drive measurable impact while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This hybrid role emphasizes rapid iteration and high ownership in a fast-growing AI native SaaS

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or software roles building AI-driven apps.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered workflows or agentic automations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Looker, and Clay.
• Experience writing scripts to move data via APIs and webhooks (Python/JS/SQL).
• Ability to scope vague asks into measurable, iterative solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship AI-native tools and automations in Clay and related platforms.
• Integrate LLMs into production GTM workflows like CRM enrichment and deal intelligence.
• Evolve GTM tech ecosystem with reliable integrations and frameworks.
• Diagnose gaps in pipeline management, forecasting, and sales enablement.
• Collaborate with Revenue Ops, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
• Own end-to-end delivery with monitoring, guardrails, and data quality.
• Measure adoption and business impact to guide future work.
