Job summary

Groupe Kardol is seeking an AI Application Tester to support QA and continuous improvement of AI-enabled software in a SAFe Agile Scrum environment. The role focuses on planning, executing, and improving functional, regression, integration, usability, and end-to-end testing with AI-enabled testing tools and Generative AI-assisted design.

Qualifications

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST.
• Minimum FIVE (5) years of experience in software testing for enterprise web applications.
• Experience working as an application tester in a SAFe Agile Scrum environment.
• Experience using AI-enabled testing tools or intelligent testing platforms.
• Experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, regression suites, and defect reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Execute manual and AI-assisted testing for web apps and workflows across releases.
• Verify acceptance criteria and system behaviors with structured test cases.
• Identify, document, reproduce, and track defects with evidence and impact.
• Ensure new features do not negatively impact existing functionality.
