Job summary

Sirona Medical is seeking a Software Quality Engineer to help ensure the reliability and quality of our RadOS-based products. You will write and maintain automated tests for web applications and APIs, investigate defects, and work closely with product and engineering teams to improve test coverage and release quality.

The role is hybrid, based in San Francisco, CA or Cincinnati, OH, with a minimum of 3 days in the office each week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years in software testing or related technical role.
• Experience with automated tests and testing methodologies.
• Experience with Playwright/Cypress/Selenium.
• Proficiency in JavaScript or Python.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated tests for web apps and APIs.
• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate test creation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure coverage.
• Improve test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.
• Analyze test results, document defects, and support fixes.
• Contribute to design reviews to improve testability.
