Job summary

ClinicBooking is seeking a full-time, hybrid-eligible role in Austin, TX or remote across the US to own the end-to-end provider lifecycle—sourcing, onboarding, credential checks, activation, and ongoing quality.

You will build AI-assisted playbooks to lift responsiveness, accuracy, and trust while protecting privacy and regulatory boundaries, and lead a small team partnering with Product, Eng, Data, and Legal.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in provider/vendor operations, marketplace ops, or network management.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding: credential packet completeness, identity verification, and profile readiness SLAs.
• Improve responsiveness: SLAs and nudges to raise first-response and win-rate.
• Manage issues: escalation taxonomy, root-cause analysis, corrective action plans.
• Lead AI ops: prompts/eval sets for classification, routing, and QA checks.
• Coach a small ops team; collaborate with Product, Eng, Data, and Legal; write SOPs.
• Build and maintain end-to-end playbooks for compliance and safety.
