Infopro Learning in Princeton, NJ, is seeking a Product Manager for an AI-native HR tech, LMS, and talent-platform product area. Hybrid work with overlap to our India team, you will own the end-to-end vision, drive features, and mentor junior teammates.

You will collaborate with engineering to deliver prototypes, define success criteria for AI features, and help shape the product strategy for a fast-growing platform used by enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management, ideally in HR tech, LMS, or talent platforms.
• Excellent written communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience gathering requirements from business stakeholders and translating them into action plans.
• Structured, data-informed approach to problem-solving.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior product talent.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for a defined area, turning feedback into clear requirements and docs.
• Collaborate with engineering on scope and prototypes using AI-powered tools.
• Build working AI prototypes to validate ideas before engineering commits.
• Work daily with engineers to resolve ambiguity and keep deliveries on track.
• Lead customer and user conversations to translate insights into decisions.
• Maintain and evolve product documentation as priorities shift.
• Mentor associate product managers and help shape how the team works.
• Develop deep expertise in AI, learning tech, and talent management.
