Job summary

Infopro Learning in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Product Marketer to own launches for a new AI-native Talent & Skills Intelligence Platform. This is a founding marketing hire working directly with the founder to shape how the product enters the market.

You will craft the market narrative, from website copy to decks and campaigns, and own the self-serve funnel from sign-up to active use. Experience building a product from zero to first customers is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing or product marketing.
• Experience launching a product from zero to first paying customers.
• Daily fluency with AI tools across the stack.
• Excellent writing with adaptable tone.
• Comfort reading funnel metrics and storytelling with data.
• Preferred: knowledge of HR/talent ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own product launches end to end: define the story with the founder, build the plan, create assets, run the moment, measure impact.
• Turn the company narrative into market-facing material: website copy, decks, one-pagers, campaigns, and product messaging.
• Own the self-serve funnel: sign-up flow, onboarding, in-product messaging, conversion to active use.
• Run market reviews: track category, monitor competitors, listen to customers and analysts, write leadership updates.
• Identify and develop partnerships and channel opportunities, and run channel reviews.
• Operationalize marketing: build calendars, cadences, tools, and metrics for repeatable programs.
• Build fluency in skills/domain to speak credibly about the space.
