You will design directly in product, with human‑centered methods, accessible interfaces, and intelligent automation, delivering solutions used by construction professionals on live projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communication Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of product design experience in SaaS or B2B environments.
• Ability to be in our Austin office at least one day per week.
• A portfolio showcasing responsive, high‑fidelity product design with measurable impact.
• Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and familiarity with AI‑assisted design workflows.
• Strong grasp of user‑centered design principles and usability testing methodologies.
• Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Self‑starter mindset in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
• Passion for AI and continuous innovation in design.
• Experience with systems design.

Responsabilités

• Lead end‑to‑end design solutions from research to delivery.
• Create responsive, high‑fidelity designs for web and mobile.
