Trimble Inc. is seeking a seasoned UX Designer to shape the product experience across our AI-driven platform for the AECO industry.

You will drive user-centric design across multiple products, collaborating closely with engineering, product management, and leadership to deliver intuitive, scalable experiences. The role emphasizes discovery, validation, and building design systems, with a focus on AI-enabled workflows and enterprise software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing applications with a focus on B2B products.
• Proven track record leading design initiatives across multiple products or platforms.
• Strong problem-solving with a visionary pragmatist approach that balances UX, style and practicality.
• Expert proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
• Solid knowledge of UX design processes with an adaptable mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration with engineers, PMs, and leadership on strategy.

Responsabilités

• Shape product solutions from concept to launch across all product areas.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to integrate UX into the core platform.
• Lead user discovery and design validation with stakeholders.
• Drive improvements to the design system and best practices for quality outcomes.
• Apply AI to real-world workflows and distill patterns for new interactions.
