Job summary

Xplor Technologies in the Golf & Club vertical seeks a Product Designer to shape UX across our AI-enabled software suite. You will work with product, engineering, QA and design in an AI SDLC to elevate everyday experiences for our customers.

You will build UX/UI, run research, prototype, and validate designs; use AI to synthesize insights; present to stakeholders; maintain design system; work fully remote in the United States.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in all phases of the design process: user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design.
• Strong portfolio showing a clear link between customer needs and business objectives.
• Experience with AI-enabled design workflows and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in visual communications or related field; 4+ years of UX/UI design.
• 5+ years of design experience, including UX/UI.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers and shape the problem.
• Set design requirements from internal teams and user research.
• Collect and interpret qualitative and quantitative feedback; use AI to synthesize research and themes.
• Identify product improvement opportunities meeting market needs and customer preferences.
• Design and validate; produce UX/UI to support the product roadmap across our family of products.
• Use AI-assisted workflows to explore more options, build prototypes and cover edge cases.
• Present design ideas to Product Managers, Owners, Engineers, QA and customers; refine designs.
• Modify and revise existing designs as customer preferences change.
• Build alongside engineering; collaborate with Product Management and Engineers to improve processes.
• Review AI-assisted builds for design fidelity, accessibility and consistency.
