Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own experimentation and digital analytics platforms, driving adoption and self-service tooling across product, design, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams. You will define architecture, instrumentation, and governance to scale insights with rigor and speed.

You will lead platform initiatives, collaborate with data science and engineering leaders, and influence decisions through advanced analytics, SQL, Python, and experimental design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, CS, Engineering)
• 10+ years of product management experience with platform/data products
• Experience building or leading experimentation programs/platforms
• Strong analytical background with experimental design and inference
• Proven track record driving adoption of self-service tools
• Hands-on experience analyzing large datasets and making data-driven decisions
• Strong leadership and communications skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies and related tools

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for experimentation and digital analytics platforms
• Drive adoption of tools across cross-functional teams to reduce friction
• Enable self-service design, instrumentation, execution, analysis, and reporting
• Define governance for experimentation and ensure rigorous, evidence-based decisions
• Partner on architecture and measurement pipelines for scalable experimentation
• Lead cross-functional teams through lifecycle from concept to launch
• Identify friction points via user research and prioritize improvements
• Define north-star metrics and monitor platform health
