Qualifications

• 12+ years in software engineering, application delivery, solution architecture, or enterprise technology leadership.
• 7+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform experience including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-scale Power Platform programs, governance initiatives, platform architecture, or Center of Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise Power Platform strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
• Lead architecture, governance, and environment strategy with guardrails and standards.
• Drive delivery from intake to adoption with measurable business value and governance compliance.
• Mentor architects, developers, analysts, and citizen developers; promote reusable solutions.
• Stay current on Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, Azure, and AI capabilities.
