Job summary

NiCE is seeking an AI Forward Deployed Engineer to design, prototype and deploy AI-driven customer engagement solutions. You’ll work at the intersection of software engineering, AI agent development, and customer solution architecture, translating complex business challenges into scalable automation across voice and digital channels.

You will own the AI agent lifecycle, architect prompting strategies, build enterprise integrations, and deliver end‑to‑end solutions in collaboration with customers

Responsibilities

• Design AI-driven agents for multi-channel customer engagement across digital and voice channels.
• Own the full lifecycle of AI agents from design through deployment and optimization.
• Build integrations between AI agents and enterprise systems (CRM, knowledge bases, operational systems).
• Develop APIs and orchestration layers enabling agents to perform real business transactions.
• Create reusable demo frameworks and prototype end‑to‑end AI automation scenarios.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and sales to identify gaps and drive platform innovations.
• Support sales engineering with technical demonstrations and customer enablement.
