Job summary

DM Injury Law is seeking an Operations Support Analyst to support intake and client services data across multiple systems. You will build dashboards, own recurring reports, and translate business questions into actionable analysis while ensuring data quality and process improvements.

You will collaborate with Senior Data Analysts, QA teams, and cross-functional staff to enhance reporting, track metrics, and enable leadership to make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in analytics, operations, or similar analytical support.
• Ability to translate business questions into data pulls and dashboards.
• Hands-on dashboard experience (Domo strongly preferred; Tableau/Power BI acceptable).
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Basic familiarity with SQL or strong data-relational concepts and willingness to learn.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the Domo dashboard tracking intake performance for leadership visibility.
• Own recurring reports: weekly IT issue tracker and daily data feed powering intake dashboards.
• Create a firm-wide internal dashboard for communications and recognition, with an admin tool for content updates.
• Produce ad hoc reports translating questions into clear, actionable analysis.
• Identify patterns in intake volume and performance; present findings to leadership.
