Job summary

DailyPay is seeking an Operational Insights Specialist to support daily contact center analytics and embed generative AI into routines. You will process unstructured data, generate actionable reports on sentiment, agent performance, and operational trends for leadership review.

The role requires 2–3 years in data analytics with AI exposure, strong SQL and BI skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field. This on‑site position includes equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in data analytics or BI with exposure to AI platforms or LLM workflows.
• Experience using AI models and low‑code/API automation for data tasks.
• Knowledge of CX metrics like CSAT, AHT, FCR and speech analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute AI prompt pipelines to analyze daily contact center data.
• Transform unstructured data into structured summaries and insights.
• Maintain dashboards and executive summaries in BI platforms.
• Support automation of routine reporting tasks with AI tools.
• Audit AI outputs and refine prompts for accuracy.
• Coordinate with IT/Data engineering for data pipelines.
• Document workflows and assist peers in AI adoption.
• Prepare trend analyses and respond to ad hoc leadership requests.
