Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking an Operational Intelligence Analyst (AI & Analytics) to translate complex product usage data into actionable insights, alerts, and proactive interventions that protect revenue and improve platform health.

You will design AI-driven monitoring, build real-time dashboards, and collaborate across technology, operations, and product to deliver visibility and rapid response capabilities.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience querying large-scale datasets.
• Experience with distributed data platforms like Databricks or Spark.
• Ability to operationalize models into alerting or reporting systems, not just notebooks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large-scale usage datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Design and deploy AI models to dashboard active usage and flag anomalies in real time.
• Build and maintain dashboards and alerts using PowerBI, Kibana, and related tools.
• Create data profiles to generate timely analytics for rapid decision-making.
• Collaborate with operations to refine early-escalation workflows for customer issues.
