This hands-on delivery role within the Modern Apps practice focuses on building software—designing, writing, testing, debugging, and deploying production-quality code within client engagements.

The ideal candidate embraces AI-assisted development, strong coding habits, and quality-driven delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong deliverables-focused coding across modern stacks to production
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and SDLC
• Proficiency in writing, testing, debugging, and delivering clean code
• Understanding of design patterns and anti-patterns in software
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and manage priorities

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on development across greenfield and brownfield engagements
• Design, write, test, debug, and deploy production-quality code across modern stacks
• Own features and small workstreams from implementation through delivery
• Write and maintain automated tests and validate delivery against requirements
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Use AI-assisted development tools daily for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and documentation
• Extend AI to support SDLC activities like test coverage and documentation
• Review AI-generated output before committing and ensure quality
• Produce clear component-level and feature-level designs for team/client
• Apply design patterns correctly and identify anti-patterns in implementation
• Coach associates through pairing and code-review guidance
• Own quality, timelines, and handoffs, raising risks early
• Serve as a reliable client contact and defend work in sessions
