Job summary

Talentify is seeking an AI-enabled Software Engineer to apply modern AI tools and platforms to accelerate software development and improve code quality. The role involves hands-on work with AI coding assistants and integrating APIs into production-ready applications.

The candidate will design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered software, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and ensure scalable, secure backend services and APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with AI-enabled development workflows or AI-powered features.
• Proficiency in Python, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar.
• Experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT.
• Experience designing, consuming, and integrating RESTful APIs, cloud services, or LLM APIs.
• Understanding of SDLC practices including Git workflows, testing, CI/CD, code review, and secure coding.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills and the ability to learn new AI tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy software applications that leverage AI capabilities to improve productivity and user experience.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to support coding, debugging, refactoring, and test generation.
• Integrate AI services and APIs into applications through secure, maintainable APIs.
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs with scalability and reliability in mind.
• Apply prompt engineering and AI orchestration techniques for practical AI-enabled features.
• Evaluate modern AI platforms and developer tools to accelerate delivery while ensuring quality and security.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-enabled solutions.
• Support CI/CD, version control, testing, monitoring, and deployment practices for AI-enabled apps.
