Job summary

Accenture seeks a Senior Consultant to reimagine marketing technology stacks for an AI-first world. You will guide enterprise clients in evaluating, designing, and implementing AI-native martech ecosystems that drive measurable ROI across campaigns and customer journeys.

You will lead engagements, translate goals into concrete roadmaps, and mentor teams while staying ahead of AI trends and governance considerations.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital strategy, or management consulting.
Hands-on familiarity with AI/ML applications in marketing (generative AI, predictive analytics).
Strong analytical and ROI-focused business case development.
Excellent client-facing communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead client engagements to assess current martech stacks and identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation.
Design AI-native marketing architectures integrating generative AI, predictive analytics, and automation.
Advise on build-vs-buy across AI/martech vendor landscape (CDPs, marketing automation, AI agents).
Translate business goals into technology roadmaps, governance, and implementation plans.
Partner with marketing, data, and IT teams to drive adoption and measure ROI of AI initiatives.
Stay ahead of AI and martech trends, developing thought leadership and methodologies.
