Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned expert to lead AI-first digital transformations across enterprise clients. You will architect cloud migrations, govern Adobe Experience Cloud deployments, and drive measurable business value through robust data architectures and real-time activations.

The role requires deep experience in MarTech platforms, cross-functional leadership, and a proven track record delivering global engagements from strategy to execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in MarTech, CRM, or digital experience architecture.
• 5+ years leading technical delivery in a consulting or agency environment.
• Hands-on with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM/AEP/Campaign), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Oracle Eloqua.
• Experience designing and governing Customer Data Platform solutions with identity resolution and real-time activation.
• Strong data-architecture foundation: modeling, integration patterns, API design, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Ability to translate client goals into end-to-end technical solutions across people, process, and tech.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a global delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Bring an AI-first lens to client engagements and lead cloud migrations with Adobe tech.
• Architect scalable cloud-based solutions for migrations and integrations.
• Lead complex content and system migrations to cloud platforms.
• Provide deep expertise in AEM, AEP, and Adobe Experience Platform to deliver integrated solutions.
• Drive innovation in AI capabilities and translate to practical use cases.
• Work with clients to identify challenges and deliver measurable value.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects.
• Assist in business development and client pitches.
• Lead cross-functional teams onshore and offshore.
• Design data architectures enabling AI-driven marketing and real-time pipelines.
• Travel as required; residency within 90 minutes of an Accenture office.
