Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a senior technologist to drive AI-first transformations across marketing and customer experience. You will lead cloud migrations, architect scalable solutions, and apply generative AI to design, deliver, and optimize client engagements.

The role requires deep expertise in AEM/AEP, Adobe tech, and enterprise platforms, with global delivery experience and a strong focus on ROI. Expect travel and leadership across onshore/offshore teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in MarTech, CRM, or digital experience architecture.
• 5+ years leading technical delivery in consulting or agency environments.
• Hands-on expertise with enterprise marketing platforms: Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Oracle Eloqua.
• Experience designing Customer Data Platform solutions, including identity resolution and real-time activation.
• Strong data architecture foundation: modeling, integration patterns, API design, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Ability to translate client goals into end-to-end technical solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a global delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-first client engagements and cloud migrations.
• Architect scalable cloud-based solutions for migrations and integrations.
• Oversee complex content and system migrations to cloud platforms.
• Provide deep expertise in AEM, AEP, and Adobe Experience Platform.
• Drive innovation with AI capabilities in marketing, data, and engagement.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery on time and budget.
• Support business development and client relationships.
• Lead onshore and offshore cross-functional teams.
• Design data architectures for AI-driven marketing with identity resolution.
• Travel as required.
