Done Right Hood & Fire Safety seeks a Marketing Manager focused on Digital Marketing, AI automation, and high‑quality content creation in our Brooklyn office. You will own AI marketing workflows, lead generation, and SEO across multiple divisions while managing social media and photo/video production.

You will implement AI tools, train teams, and optimize campaigns to boost visibility, engagement, and qualified leads across channels.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI tools and building marketing automation workflows.
• Experience developing or implementing AI-powered sales and marketing agents.
• Strong knowledge of ChatGPT, AI automation platforms, and CRM integrations.
• Proven experience managing SEO strategies and improving search rankings.
• Experience managing multiple social media platforms and advertising campaigns.
• Professional photography, videography, and video editing experience is required.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, Canva, or similar software.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Familiarity with tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, HubSpot, etc.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, marketing funnels, and sales conversions.
• Ability to manage marketing for multiple companies simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Must be available to work full-time in our Brooklyn office.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and manage AI-powered marketing automation systems.
• Build and deploy AI marketing and sales agents to support lead generation and engagement.
• Create AI workflows to capture, qualify, and route leads to sales reps.
• Develop automated email, SMS, and follow-up campaigns.
• Integrate AI tools with CRM, websites, and marketing platforms.
• Implement AI-powered lead nurturing and appointment-setting solutions.
• Train teams on AI tools and oversee agent performance.
• Take ownership of SEO strategy and website optimization across locations.
• Manage social media across all platforms and develop content calendars.
• Oversee professional photography and videography content production.
• Create promotional videos and educational content and edit for multiple channels.
• Develop AI-assisted content and automate lead capture and follow-up campaigns.
• Prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance reports and dashboards.
