Typeface seeks an Engagement Manager to partner with senior marketing and creative leaders, shaping AI-driven content strategies and overseeing end-to-end deployment from discovery to integration.

You will guide workshops, define use cases, and translate business needs into scalable technical requirements with a focus on brand governance and campaign performance. This role offers strong growth in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business consulting, digital strategy, enterprise software, AI/ML implementations, or marketing technology
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Deep understanding of marketing operations, creative workflows, and content supply chain challenges
• Exceptional C-level stakeholder management skills
• Passion for AI and practical understanding of generative AI capabilities, limitations, and enterprise requirements
• Working knowledge of SaaS architectures, APIs, and modern software delivery models
• Familiarity with marketing technology stacks, including CMS platforms, DAM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools
• Strong grasp of generative AI for text, image, and video creation, with understanding of brand governance and content safety
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution while managing ambiguity in fast-moving AI landscape
• Skilled at simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences with strong risk management capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs using Typeface’s generative AI platform
• Advise CMOs and creative leaders and align AI solutions with strategic priorities
• Develop actionable roadmaps for high-impact use cases across email, ads, social, SEO, and video
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for scalable solutions
• Oversee discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and platform configuration
• Drive adoption through enablement, change management, and best-practice guidance
• Define success metrics tied to adoption, content velocity, brand consistency, and campaign performance
• Represent customer voice in product requirements and roadmap recommendations
• Create reusable implementation playbooks, templates, and best practices for scaling
