Job summary

Clinisys is seeking a Professional Services Consultant in the United States (Arizona, Tucson) to deliver on-site and remote implementations of our diagnostic informatics solutions. You will mentor clients, drive adoption of standard methodologies, and ensure projects are completed on time with high client satisfaction.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder communication, and hands-on experience with LIMS, SQL, and programming languages such as C++ or Java.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences/Pharma or Toxicology related degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in laboratory management or laboratory informatics with a strong understanding of LIMS systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear documentation.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with API/Interfaces (HL7) and SQL database management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct implementations demonstrating knowledge of department procedures and guidelines.
• Guide clients to achieve maximum efficiency using best practice recommendations.
• Provide product training as part of the implementation process.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to optimize implementation workflows and data analysis.
• Travel to client sites to install Clinisys software and ensure client satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and test technical solutions; provide ongoing support and training.
