Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Legal Operations Project Manager to join our legal team to modernize how Legal operates through best-in-class legal operations practices and hands-on AI. By combining traditional legal ops with familiarity with AI tools, you will help turn operational problems into scalable, AI-enabled solutions.

You will partner with Legal and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver the Legal Ops roadmap and ensure that Legal’s tooling, data, and processes support Harvey’s rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in operations or project management.
• Experience with in-house legal teams is preferred.
• Ability to turn strategic priorities into concrete plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end legal operations projects and cross-functional coordination.
• Design and improve workflows, intake, matter management, and policy changes.
• Translate priorities into concrete project plans and timelines.
• Support AI enablement across Legal and pilot AI tools (including Harvey).
• Develop legal metrics, dashboards, and operational reporting.
