Autorisk in Denver is seeking an Insurance Operations Specialist who blends strong P&C knowledge with AI-enabled workflows to speed renewals, underwriting, and client service. You will manage renewals, surface opportunities with AI, and coordinate with carriers and clients to keep policies current.

The role is full-time, with a day schedule and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, plus a flexible schedule as we scale our AI-driven platform.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of P&C insurance experience.
• Ability to commute to Denver, CO 80210 before start date.
• Active P&C License preferred.
• Experience with AMS360, Applied Epic, or HawkSoft preferred.
• Interest in AI tools in insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned accounts 60 days prior to renewal and prepare binders.
• Review renewals and surface non-standard policies for standard programs using AI.
• Obtain updated exposures and complete renewal applications 60 days before renewal.
• Prepare renewal applications for markets not represented, 45 days prior.
• Underwrite to ensure classification and rating accuracy.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with markets.
• Review quotes and propose best coverage options.
• Maintain timely interactions with clients and carriers to minimize exposure.
• Assist clients with claims reporting and premium audits.
