Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an AI Analyst to support and optimize AI-driven HR technology solutions that elevate employee experience and workforce analytics. You will partner with HRIS, HR Operations, Analytics, IT, and business stakeholders to implement AI-enabled HR tech across the organization.

The ideal candidate blends HRIS expertise with strong analytical skills and a working knowledge of AI concepts to enhance HR processes, data quality, and decision-making across workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in HR tech, HRIS, analytics, or related systems.
• Experience with Leena AI, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms.
• Experience with SaaS-based HRIS like Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Taleo, UKG.
• Strong HR data understanding and governance knowledge.
• Knowledge of AI concepts: ML, NLP, predictive analytics, generative AI.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to apply AI to HR processes to boost efficiency and experiences.
• Support implementation, configuration, optimization, and admin of Leena AI and related HR tech.
• Collaborate with HRIS, HR Operations and business teams to deploy AI-enabled capabilities.
• Analyze HR processes to find automation, prediction, and decision support opportunities.
• Monitor AI performance, adoption, data quality, and accuracy; suggest improvements.
• Translate business requirements into technical design, testing, and enhancements.
• Support integration of AI capabilities across HR platforms and SaaS HRIS.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Data Governance on responsible AI.
• Develop documentation, training, and best practices for AI-enabled HR tech.
• Create dashboards and workforce insights to support decisions.
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders and technology partners for HR tech initiatives.
• Stay updated on AI trends and HR tech innovations.
