Job summary

Triple Ring Technologies, Inc. offers an internship to build AI-powered automation for HR operations. You’ll work with the HR team, using Copilot, Claude, and other AI tools to prototype and document solutions.

The role emphasizes ownership, data governance, and delivering usable tools with sponsors’ support. The 12-week summer internship requires in-person work at the Boston, MA office at least 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building software using generative AI tools.
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree or program in data science, computer science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Shadow HR team members to map current workflows end-to-end.
• Define build roadmap with sponsors before coding.
• Develop internal HR tools using enterprise AI tools.
• Write and test AI-produced code iteratively.
• Deliver a 90‑day execution plan to HR leadership.
