Job summary
TSP LLC is seeking a Health Data Scientist III- AI Solutions to join our remote US delivery teams. You will apply AI, ML, and advanced analytics to real-world health programs, collaborating with clients, senior staff, and business development to identify opportunities and deliver value.
The role focuses on health-related programs across public health, healthcare delivery, and health systems research. You will build prototypes, conduct model validation, and develop scalable analytics workflows
Qualifications
- Experience applying ML/AI to real-world health programs or health analytics.
- Proficiency in Python and common data science libraries.
- Ability to explain analytical methods and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with health data standards and healthcare analytics.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and implement AI/analytics solutions for healthcare client needs.
- Build predictive models, NLP solutions, and prototyped AI applications.
- Apply LLMs, RAG, and AI agents to defined business challenges.
- Collaborate with project teams and clients to identify opportunities and deliver value.
