Job summary

PSCI seeks a Data Analyst Level 3 to develop, inspect, and model data for actionable insights in a dynamic engineering setting. You will collaborate with data scientists to deliver reliable analytics and dashboards.

The role requires production-grade Python, SQL, and AWS experience, with hybrid on-site and remote work options and a 1st shift during a 4/10 schedule. Must be US citizen with active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Must have production-grade Python scripting and ETL pipelines.
• Experience with AWS core services (S3, Lambda, boto3).
• Data cleaning and data integration from unstructured sources.
• Data modeling for entity linking across datasets.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with document processing and dashboards/Tableau.
• Familiarity with Databricks and API development.
• Experience with API integration and backend/frontend basics.

Responsibilities

• Develops, inspects, mines, transforms, and models data for insights.
• Conducts statistical analysis for predictive forecasting or classification.
• Manage end-to-end data processing and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with developers and data scientists to define outcomes.
• Support leadership with status reports and project monitoring.
