You will collaborate with internal teams in a hybrid New York environment to grow client budgets and ensure KPI targets are met. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of digital marketing experience, proficiency with Meta/Google Ads Managers, and strong data analysis skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of digital marketing experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to analyze and present data clearly.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and multivariate experiments; strong problem solving.
