Job summary

RealNetworks, Inc. seeks a Growth Marketing Manager for SAFR to build and drive pipeline generation across our retail business. This remote role in the US, with West Coast preference, reports to Marketing, Sales, SDRs and executive leadership.

You will turn strategy into measurable demand and contribute to broader marketing execution. You will develop and execute campaigns, webinars, ABM programs, nurture journeys and SDR enablement to generate qualified opportunities for our sales organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience.
• Experience building integrated campaigns for SaaS products.
• AI-native marketer leveraging generative AI tools to accelerate campaigns.
• Strong ability to measure ROI and pipeline performance.
• Experience with ABM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-channel demand generation campaigns across retail segments.
• Plan and deliver webinars to educate prospects and generate qualified leads.
• Execute ABM programs targeting strategic accounts.
• Coordinate with SDRs and Sales to align campaigns and outreach.
• Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize for ROI and pipeline.
