Tapestry seeks a strategic technical bridge for end-to-end grid model strategy, transforming multi-source data into CIM standards. You will drive model quality, optimize ingestion, and refine validation frameworks to scale the AI-powered grid platform across production environments.

Ideal candidates have deep CIM experience, strong power systems knowledge, and experience in data conversion, validation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems or related technical field.
• 5 years of experience in power systems modeling and analysis.
• Deep CIM knowledge and data conversion experience.
• Strong understanding of power flow, short circuit, stability, and dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical liaison connecting internal and external teams to align on data requirements.
• Help Product Manager define the Model Ingestion User Journey and Functional Requirements.
• Use ingestion tooling to process grid models into CIM format and provide feedback to developers.
• Validate ingested models meet use-case requirements and are geolocated and simulatable.
• Stage and deliver validated grid models into testing and production apps.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing and coordinate with end-users for sign-off.
