Disney Experiences in Orlando, FL is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering to lead multiple agile teams delivering scalable digital products and enterprise platforms across Disney Signature Experiences.

You will recruit, mentor, and coach engineers, partner with Product Managers and Architects, and advance cloud-native, DevOps, and AI-assisted development practices to drive reliability and business value.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale apps.
5+ years leading software engineering teams in Agile environments.
Experience with cloud-native solutions and distributed systems.
Familiarity with enterprise platforms and complex integrations.
Strong communication and talent development skills.
Experience applying AI-assisted engineering tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple software engineering teams to deliver scalable digital products and platforms.
Drive architecture reviews, ensure technical quality and maintainability.
Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Business stakeholders to translate objectives into solutions.
Champion cloud-native development, DevOps, security, observability, and reliability.
Own roadmap planning, capacity forecasting, and budgeting across teams.
Mentor engineers, support succession planning, and foster inclusive culture.
