Accenture is seeking an AI-led role to embed with design and product teams to originate, design, and ship AI-powered digital products for customers and employees. You will connect enterprise data and platforms to production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of AI & data project experience with hands-on delivery.
• Minimum 3 years of high-value consulting experience leading workstreams.
• Experience delivering GenAI features (RAG, agentic workflows, evals/guardrails).

Responsibilities

• Identify AI use cases with measurable business value for engagements.
• Pair AI depth with product strategy and product thinking to ship real products.
• Lead end-to-end AI system design: RAG, orchestration, prompt engineering, evals, guardrails.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and drive go-to-market activities.
• Ensure production readiness with MLOps, security, and cost controls.
