Job summary

Moody's is seeking a quantitative finance professional to support clients in implementing risk models and Moody's Analytics solutions. The role involves explaining complex models, guiding analyses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive value for clients.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in a quantitative field (CFA may substitute) and brings strong analytical skills, knowledge of AI concepts, and experience communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in quantitative or related field required.
• Ability to interpret complex financial models and explain results to clients.
• Proficiency with SQL procedures and log analysis for debugging models.
• Familiarity with Windows-based architectures and diagnostics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in implementing Moody's Solutions to drive value.
• Develop understanding of Moody's Analytics risk solutions and credit risk methodologies.
• Explain complex financial models to clients at multiple levels.
• Provide quantitative and conceptual solutions to a broad range of clients.
• Educate clients on product features, functionality, and architecture.
• Support clients using Moody's credit risk products via web, email, phone, and in person.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Research teams.
• Educate clients on model assumptions, limitations, and use cases for responsible use.
• Provide feedback to Sales, Product Management, Research, and Training teams on client needs.
• Capture and channel client feedback to Product Managers.
• Create and maintain client-facing knowledge content and training materials.
• Manage and own client interactions and delivery solutions.
• Track client interactions in the CRM system.
